Aerobiology 2005
Workshops
Two pre-meeting workshops are planned for Thursday, June 2 as well as an unknown
workshop which will be held during the conference.
Workshop I - Myxomycetes - Airborne myxomycete spores are
present in the atmosphere and also the indoor environment. The spores are difficult to identify and are often confused

slides to take with from a variety of specimens. This workshop is limited to 24 participants. Workshop leader is
Dr. Steven Stephenson from the University of Arkansas. Dr. Stevenson is one of the leading authorities on slime
molds and is co-author of Myxomycetes:
