Regional weather: Friday, December 8 - TX/OK: Cold front moving through TX will reach the coast by Saturday morning. No precipitation with the front though winds will be stronger as it passes. A disturbance will move across portions of OK and northern TX tonight and Saturday. Cloudier conditions in those areas with a chance of mainly light precipitation..... maybe of the frozen variety in parts of OK. Highs in the 40's north to 60's south TX, lows in the 20's to 40's.

Trajectory weather: Some high cloudiness today, high in the upper 50's west to low 60's east. Clear to partly cloudy tonight, lows in the 30's and 40's. Partly cloudy Saturday, high in the 60's.

Trajectory confidence: High.

OUTLOOK: *** Low Threat *** We are early in the release season with few cones ready to release. Conditions are generally favorable today. Temperatures and humidities will move into the tolerance zones by midday. Some release is possible this afternoon. Impact should be minimal, but residents along the southern and eastern fringes of the Plateau may experience some ill effects. On Saturday.... trajectories from this region move to the north and northeast. Conditions similar to today's are expected. Risk should again be Low, with residents of central and north-central TX being the most likely to feel any ill effects Saturday afternoon or Saturday night. TK
