and Fri Dec 22 to 23. TX/OK: Warmer
temperatures return to the area for the next couple of days. Skies will be clear to partly cloudy and winds from
the south throughout the region. On Thursday daytime highs will be in the upper 50s to low 60s in Oklahoma and
mid to upper 60s in Texas. Nighttime lows will be in the upper 30s to mid 40s. Temperatures on Friday will be 5
to 10 degrees warmer. A weak cold front will move into the area on Saturday dropping temperatures about 10 degrees.
Trajectory weather: The air mass trajectories move from
the Arbuckle Mountains to the north, northeast over eastern Oklahoma and on to the northeast. Trajectories on Friday
travel to northeast and then east If Arbuckle populations are releasing pollen, we may see some in northeast Oklahoma.
OUTLOOK: *** Low threat *** Although conditions
are good for pollen release, the severe drought throughout the region has delayed the pollen season. At this time
we do not have confirmation that the trees have started to pollinate.
