Regional Weather: Sun, Dec 17. TX/OK: A cold front
moves through Oklahoma today brining cooler temperatures and cloudy skies. Temperatures to the south and east of
the front will remain mild in the mid to upper 60s to mid 70s with southwest winds. Behind the front temperatures
will run about 10 degrees colder and winds shifting and from the northwest. A chance of precipitation occurs late
tonight and Monday in Oklahoma. Temperatures on Monday will be about 15 to 20 degrees colder throughout the state.
In Texas, mild conditions continue with temperatures in the mid to upper 70s with clear to partly cloudy skies
and light to moderate SE winds.
Trajectory weather: The air mass trajectories move from the Arbuckle Mountains to the northeast Oklahoma. The trajectories show moderate characteristics for entrainment and travel. Conditions at the source are cloudy this morning with high humidity possibly limiting any pollen release. In addition it is still early in the season for significant release from the trees.
