Skies will be partly cloudy and winds from the west on Friday shifting to the north for Friday night and Saturday. In Texas, temperatures will be in the 60s on Friday with clear to partly cloudy skies and winds generally light from the north in the afternoon but shifting around with southeast and easterly winds later in the day. Daytimes highs will be from the upper 40s to mid 50s.

Trajectory weather:
The air mass trajectories move from the Arbuckle Mountains to the east, southeast over eastern Oklahoma and northeast Texas. The trajectories show only moderate characteristics for entrainment and travel. Conditions at the source are cool this morning but will warm into the favorable range by early afternoon to allow for some pollen release. Winds are light so any pollen released is likely to remain near the source areas. Trajectories on Saturday begin moving to the south, southwest then turn late in the day to southeast.

OUTLOOK: ***
Low threat for sensitive individuals living in northeast or north central Oklahoma *** Conditions will become favorable for pollen release each afternoon; however, trajectories will carry any pollen released to the south.

Trajectory Start (s) (shown by black star on map): Sulfur, OK.
