OUTLOOK: *** Moderate Threat *** Conditions have turned favorable for pollen release and most cones should be ready to do so. Airborne pollen will be flowing in a generally west to northwest direction from the Plateau. Affected areas include the Texas hill country and south-central Texas, extending into western Texas tonight and Tuesday. TK
