Flow around the high will bring some moisture into parts of southern and western TX today and Thursday. Mostly cloudy for those areas with a chance of light precipitation. Other areas of TX/OK will be fair and dry. Highs mostly 30's and 40's today, upper 30's to 50's on Thursday. Lows mostly in the 20s and 30's.
