Regional weather: Thursday, December 30 - TX/OK: Low pressure trough will move through the region today and tonight as it heads off to the east/southeast. Clouds caused by the passage of the trough are present in parts of western and central Texas this morning. Fair weather predominates elsewhere, as it will region-wide tonight and Friday. No rain expected. Temperatures will be mild to warm. High's today ranging from the 50's north to near 80 south. Lows tonight from the 20's north to 40's south. Highs Friday in the 50's north to 70's south.

Trajectory weather: Partly cloudy today, high in the mid-70's. Clearing tonight, low in the 40's. Mostly sunny on Friday, high in the mid-60's southeast, 70's southern TX.

Winds are moderate; temperatures and humidities will be in the favorable ranges for much of the day.
