Investigators use 4 MK-3 samplers mounted in the Kansas City area from August 15 through October 1, 1997.  This period represents the ragweed season.  Pollen counts for every other hour were analyzed for daily and hourly variation of the airborne ragweed pollen in a effort to ascertain the normal daily rhythm of the pollen.
