Wu
et al. 1999. Symptoms of allergic rhinitis showed significant
correlation with tree and grass pollen in spring. Symptoms increased parallel
to the rise of tree pollen concentrations and peak symptoms occurred when the
tree pollen level was approximately 150 grains/m3 and when the grass
pollen level was 25 grains/m3.
However, no significant correlation was found with symptoms and fungal
spores.
