Regional weather: Friday, January 7 - TX/OK: Moisture streaming in from the Gulf of Mexico. Cloudy for TX, mostly sunny elsewhere. Rain in southern TX early today, spreading north and west during the day, moving north and east tonight and Saturday. Rain ending from west to east Saturday and Saturday night. Highs today and Saturday in the 40's and 50's. Lows ranging from the upper 20's northwest to low 50's southeast.

Trajectory weather: Partly cloudy today, high in the 50's. Increasing cloudiness tonight with a chance of rain late, low in the 30's. Sunny Saturday, high around 50.

OUTLOOK: *** Mild Threat today, Low Saturday *** Conditions are mixed but mostly unfavorable for pollen release. Temperatures will be in the favorable range after midday. Humidities are running a bit high but may fall into the favorable range for a few hours. Combined conditions will probably be favorable for only a few hours during the afternoon. Some release is possible.... with people living in south-central OK the most likely to feel any ill effects. On Saturday.... moisture conditions will be highly unfavorable. Rain is expected at the source tonight and Saturday. Very little to no release expected. TK
