Regional weather: Tuesday, January 2 - TX/OK/AR: Huge area of high pressure sprawls across the lower 48 with cold temperatures dominating this region. Today.... remnants of a weak front will provide enough moisture for some precipitation in western and southern TX. Cloudy most areas but fair to partly cloudy eastern sections. The High will build into the region during the next 24 hours, pushing the moisture into Mexico. Decreasing clouds most areas on Wednesday. Highs mostly in the 20's to 40's. Lows from the 10's to 30's. Warmer most areas on Wednesday.

Trajectory weather: Cloudy today with a chance of freezing drizzle or light snow in parts of the western Plateau. High in the low 30's west to upper 30's south-central TX. Mostly cloudy tonight, low in the upper 20's. Mostly cloudy on Wednesday with decreasing clouds in the afternoon, high near 50.

OUTLOOK: *** Low Threat *** Unfavorable conditions for pollen release today. Temperatures will not get out of the 30's today across the Plateau. Humidities will remain quite high with precipitation in some areas. Little or no pollen release expected today, with Low Risk of exposure. On Monday.... temperatures were humidities were unfavorable for pollen release. Eastern areas of the Plateau received some precipitation on Sunday. Extremely little to no pollen release occurred. TK
