Regional weather: Saturday/Sunday, January 6/7 - TX/OK/AR: Clear to partly cloudy today with no rain expected except far west TX. Warm today with highs in the 50's north to 70's south. Winds are light to moderate. A frontal system will be forming over the region tonight. Lows tonight in the 20's and 30's north and west to the 40's and 50's south and east. By Sunday.... most areas will be mostly cloudy, with a chance of rain mainly in southern and eastern TX. Cooler with highs in the 40's north to 60's south. Breezy to windy on Sunday.

Trajectory weather: Mostly sunny today, high in the low 50's. Clear to partly cloudy tonight, low near 30. Becoming mostly cloudy on Sunday, high near 40.

Temperatures, humidities, and winds all support pollen release during the afternoon hours from this region. Moderate Risk of exposure for residents of south-central and southeast Missouri.... perhaps extending as far northward as the St. Louis metropolitan area. Low to Moderate Risk of exposure in southern IL and southwest IN, with Low Risk beyond. On Sunday... conditions will be unfavorable for pollen release, with Low Risk of exposure. TK
