Precipitation has abated for parts of OK and west TX. Cloudy and cold for all areas, however. Rain (south and east) or snow (north and west) will continue for the next 24 hours with the intensity varying from location to location. Highs today 30's and 40's with some 50's south TX. Lows tonight mostly 20's and 30's.
