Conditions remain frigid in Oklahoma with chances of snow through Friday. Temperatures today in Oklahoma will be
in the low 30s with northeast winds and periods of light snow. Overnight lows will be in the upper teens to low
20s. On Friday temperatures will be in the upper 20s with northeast winds. In Texas, temperatures today and Friday
will range from the upper 30s in the north to the low 60s in central and southern Texas with variable winds and
scattered showers possible. Lows tonight will range from the mid 30s to low 40s. Friday will see partly cloudy
skies in Texas and moderate to strong north or northeast winds.
Trajectory weather: The air mass trajectories move from the Arbuckle Mountains to the south, and then circle
around north Texas. The trajectories show poor to moderate characteristics for entrainment and travel. Conditions
at the source are unfavorable for pollen release. Trajectories on Friday follow a similar pattern and show poor
characteristics for entrainment and travel. Conditions at the source will again be unfavorable for pollen release.
