Regional Weather: Sun and Mon, Feb 4 and 5. TX/OK: Clear to partly cloudy skies with warmer daytime temperatures and cool nights will be in place today and Monday in the region. Daytime highs today will be the 40s in Oklahoma and the 60s in Texas with light variable winds. Night time lows will range from the upper teens and 20s in Oklahoma to the mid to upper 30s in Texas. High temperatures on Monday will be in the mid to upper 40s in Oklahoma and north Texas and the mid 60s in central and southern Texas. Winds will be light and mainly from the south.

Trajectory weather: The air mass trajectories move from the Arbuckle Mountains to the southwest and then circle back around to the northeast. The trajectories show moderate to good characteristics for entrainment and travel. Conditions at the source are cold this morning but will warm to the favorable range by early afternoon. Trajectories on Monday begin moving to the northeast then turn to east and show poor to moderate characteristics for entrainment and travel. Conditions at the source will again be cold in the morning and only reaching the favorable range in the afternoon.

OUTLOOK: *** Moderate threat *** Low morning temperatures will limit pollen release to afternoon hours today and tomorrow.
