Regional weather: Friday, January 15 - TX/OK: Weak disturbance moving through OK/N TX today and tonight but nothing more than a few clouds associated with it along with a little cooling behind it. Warm and dry today and Saturday. Highs in the 60's and 70's today.......50's in OK on Saturday, 60's and 70's TX. Lows tonight in the 30's and 40's.

Trajectory weather: Austin: Sunny today, high in the 60's. Partly cloudy tonight, low near 40. Increasing cloudiness on Saturday, high in the low 50's. Junction/San Angelo: Sunny today, high in the low 70's. Clear tonight, low in the mid-40's. Partly cloudy on Saturday, high in the mid-60's.

OUTLOOK: *** SERIOUS Threat *** Conditions are quite favorable for pollen release today, especially in the western sections of the Plateau where it's warm, dry, and windy. Significant release expected today. Airborne pollen from this region will be moving north and east today and tonight. Some of the pollen will be caught in the flow ahead of the weak disturbance.......affecting people in north TX today.....eastern OK, northern AR, and southern MO tonight....and southern IL, western KY, and western TN on Saturday. However, the bulk of the airborne pollen won't travel out of the region. Residents of central TX will be affected this afternoon, and those living in northern TX and southern OK feeling some effects overnight. A slow drift back to the south will occur on Saturday. TK
