Regional weather: Friday/Saturday, January 29/30 - TX/OK: Low pressure system directly over the region. Front draped to the south will move slowly through Texas overnight. Center of low pressure will move northeast from central Texas into eastern Oklahoma. Today......ice and snow northwest.....rain and showers or thunderstorms elsewhere. Highs from 30's northwest to 70's TX coast. Rain ending and some clearing on Saturday for central and southern TX but precipitation continuing northern TX and OK, with ice/snow west and north. Lows tonight 20's northwest to 50's TX coast. Highs Saturday 30's and 40's north, 50's and 60's south. Rain/snow ending all areas on Sunday with clearing from west to east.

Trajectory weather: Austin: Rain today and tonight possibly mixing with snow late, high in the mid-50's, low in the low 30's. Light rain on Saturday, high in the low 50's. Junction: Occasional rain today and tonight with a chance of thunderstorms this afternoon, high near 60, low in the mid-30's. Rain changing to snow on Saturday, high in the 30's. San Angelo: Showers or thunderstorms likely today, high in the low 40's. Cloudy with a good chance of rain tonight, low near 50. Occasional rain on Saturday, high in the 60's.

OUTLOOK: *** Low Threat *** Now that we are nearing the end of the season, decreasing amounts of airborne pollen are expected. Conditions far too wet and humid for any pollen release today. More rain expected tonight......with no opportunity for drying, pollen release is highly unlikely on Saturday as well. Low Risk of any pollen transport both days. TK
