Let the eating begin!
The meal began with a Chicken lemon Wedding soup from the Marche
region of Italy. The soup is a chicken broth with undertones of lemon and nutmeg and romano cheese. Thinly sliced
chives garnished the top.
The main coarse was inspired by the movie "Big Night"
and featured a meat based and vegetarian "Timpano".
